Thomas was born about 1793 Kildare Ireland and was convicted at Surrey Assizes on 25 March 1815 and sentenced to life transportation, he arrived Sydney aboard Fanny on 18 January 1816.

Thomas & Colin Hunter (Royal Admiral) & Michael Ryan "alias" ( Perseus) were convicted 2 Nov 1806 of burglary/murder John Miller on 30 Sept 1806 at Canterbury and sentenced to death.
