Patrick was born about 1809 Tipperary and was convicted at Tipperary Ireland in 1833 of burglary and sentenced to life transportation

Patrick arrived Sydney aboard Blenheim on 14 November 1834 with his Indent showing alias " Churhan" and trade "farm servant".

Patrick was convicted on 9 March 1842 of murdering Timothy Murphy on 19 July 1840 in Murrimbidgee area and sentenced to death.
