Peter was born about 1794 in Spain and was convicted at London Gaol Delivery on 31 October 1810 and sentenced to 7 years transportation

Peter arrived Sydney aged about 21 aboard Marquis of Wellington on 27 January 1815 with his Indent showing trade "tailor". An alias "Aldamos" is also evidenced.

Peter was convicted on 4 December 1818 of murder Constable Joseph Yeates on 13 Oct 1818 at Parramatta and sentenced to death.
