Return of Government Servants which have been maintained and employed in the service of The Rev'd Henry Fulton from the year 1815 up to the present period (31st October 1825) as will appear in the schedule.
Signed Henry Fulton Henry Fulton 1761-1840 was a clergyman who was implicated in the 1798 Irish rebellion and transported on the Minerva arriving in Sydney in 1800. In 1800 was appointed as an assistant chaplain to the Hawkesbury after a conditional pardon. He was given a full pardon in 1808. During the political upheaval he supported Bligh and had to give evidence in England. Between 1814 and 1825 he was the minister in charge of the parish of Richmond and Castlereagh. He was a Justice of the Peace as well as Magistrate for the Co. Cumberland and served on the bench until 1827. He established the parish school at Castlereagh and taught the poet Charles Tompson 1807-1883. Fulton died in 1840 at Castlereagh.
