Meeting held 2nd Wednesday of the month at 10am in the Tebbutt Room, Windsor Library INFORMATIONNEXT MEETINGThe next meeting will be on Wednesday 9 December a 10am. This is the “Show & Tell” meeting where members are invited to bring along an item of interest to show to the group. It could be a piece of jewellery, an old photo, a family tree chart, or an interesting resource to share. It will also be the final meeting of the year and our Christmas party so everyone bring along some festive food or nibbles to share after the meeting. 2010 HAWKESBURY FAMILY HISTORY GROUP ~ MEETINGSThere is no meeting in January the next meeting will be held on Wednesday 10th February 2010. This new volume of 854 pages covering 8,626 entries is being produced in two parts as each book is the size of volume three. The first part contains the introductory text and 4,477 baptism and 1,940 burial entries and an index of both. The second part contains 2,209 marriage entries and an index of those entries. A lady in the USA has two AMEB (Australian Music Examinations Board) certificates for an Eileen Grono. The first of these certificates is from 1927, for Violin; and the second from 1929 for Piano. She would like to know more about Eileen and provide copies of these certificates to her family. From the Grono family tree records there are 2 "Eileen Grono” descendants who these certificates may possibly belong to:
