Daniel Bruce McCallum born 1805 in Glasgow Strathclyde, Scotland. Parents Donald McCallum and Janet Blair. Convicted of theft on 24 December 1828. Sentence Life. Departed on John 2 on 24 May 1829 for Sydney Cove, N.S.W. Arrived 13 September 1829. Married Bridget Kelly nee Walsh on 25 February 1840. 9 Children. Died on 9 November 1866. Interred in the Redbank Cemetery, Redbank was a small town, situated on Redbank Station, staging post for wagons travelling from the Darling Downs to Port Alma. Nothing left of buildings. Roads of township can be found on Google search. 13 burials in cemetery
