Biographies

William Elliott of Draycott lab, theft of 3 hemp sacks and 8 bushels of beans belonging to Robert Jowett. He was transported to Australia after being sentenced on 20 Oct 1818 at Derby Assizes to seven years for larceny. He sailed in December on the Baring, one of 300 convicts being transported.
