Biographies
Timothy together with William Johnson (Rolla 1803) & George Harrington (Glatton 1803) & Samuel Humes (Hercules 1802) & Charles Hill (free settler) & John Place (Glatton 1803) & Philip Cunningham (Anne 1801) & John Neil (Atlas 1802) were considered the leaders of the Castle Hill Rebellion of March 1804 in which more than 200 convicts and others rebelled against Colonial Authority of the day.
In response Governor King imposed Martial Law on 5 March 1804 revoked 12 March 1804.
