Colin was a soldier of the 61 regiment and convicted at Cape of Good Hope of "Sodomy" and sentenced to life transportation, he arrived Sydney aboard Royal Admiral 2 in 1802.

Colin & John Mahony alias Michael Ryan (Perseus) & Thomas Dooley (Fanny) were convicted 2 Nov 1806 of burglary/murder John Miller on 30 Sept 1806 at Canterbury and sentenced to death.
