Henry was convicted at Bucks Assizes on 4 March 1819 and sentenced to life transportation, he arrived Sydney aboard Atlas on 19 October 1819

Henry was murdered (with an axe) on September 1842 at Gunning by his wife Lucretia Dunckley nee Davies (Pyramus) and Martin Beach (Calcutta) .
