Martin was born about 1808 Kings County Ireland and convicted of assault riot at Kings County in 1837 and sentenced to 7 years transportation

Martin Beach and Lucretia Dunckley nee Davies (Pyramus) were convicted on 5 Sept 1843 of murder Henry Dunckley (Atlas) on 13 September 1842 at Gunning and sentenced to death.
