ANN BANKS, born c.1766 in Middlesex,tried at the Old Bailey by Mr Justice Heath for stealing a "callimanc gown" valuedat3s. Sentenced to 7 yrs was transported Surprize II arrived PortJackson 25Oct1794

On 15Mar1797 a daughter Jane was born to her and fellow convict Michael Dunn. Jane was subsequently baptised on 28thMay at StJohn's Parramatta.
Ann died in 1825 at the Benevolent Asylum.
