George was born about 1803 Yorkshire and was convicted at York East Riding Wuarter Sessions on 12 January 1819 and sentenced to 7 years transportation

George arrived Van Diemans Land aged about 17!aboard Dromedary on 28 January 1820 with clear notation of alias "Dunhill" recorded.

George & John Clayton (Dromedary 1820) were convicted on 9 April 1827 of steal 200 lambs from Thomas Anstey on 18 December 1826 and sentenced to death
