Timothy was born about 1806 Cork Ireland and was convicted in &1836 at Cork of "steal pig" and sentenced to 7 years transportation

Timothy and Michael Walsh (Waterloo 1836) were convicted on 20 May 1839 of murdering Alexander McEdwards on 4 March 1839 and burning remains, they were sentenced to death
