Patrick was born about 1799 Belfast Ireland and was convicted at Carrickfegus Antrim County Ireland in 1825, of "steal cow" and sentenced to 7 years transportation

Patrick arrived Sydney aged 26? aboard Henry Porcher on 3 December 1825 with his Indent showing trade "soldier".

Patrick was convicted on 9 February 1833 of murdering Daniel Stewart (Exmouth 31) on 29 December 1832 near Windsor and sentenced to death
