George was convicted Devon Assizes 13 March and sentenced to 7 years transportation, he arrived Sydney aboard Florentia on 3 January 1828

George and Thomas Burdett (Florentia 1830) were convicted Sydney on 13 July 1844 of the stabbing murder James Noble on 20 May 1844 and sentenced to death.
