Thomas was born about 1800 Middlesex and tried convicted at Middlesex Gaol Delivery on 22 Jun 1826 and sentenced to life transportation

Thomas & James Holmes (Henry 1823) & William Owen (Midas 1826) were convicted on 13 December 1828 of steal from a dwelling house of James Hassall of Bathurst on 22 August 1828 and sentenced to death.
