Biographies
Peter partnered George Carey ( England 1835) and six others Robert Bingden (Bingham), Joseph Saunders, Richard Jones aka Knight, Samuel Ellis, James Hickey & William Barnes in bush ranging and shooting murder on 8 May 1839 of Andrew Snandley (Shandley) at Sutton Forest NSW.
All were convicted and sentenced to death with Scallion, Carey & Saunders hanged and Ellis, Barnes, Hickey & Jones commuted to life Norfolk Island.

Peter and five others were convicted on 5 November 1839 of bus ranging and murder of Andrew Snandley (Shandley) on 8 May 1839 at Sutton Forest NSW and sentenced to death.
