Biographies

Patrick (aka James) Dunn was tried 21 March 1792 and convicted at Old Bailey Court London and sentenced to 7 years transportation. He left Torquay England 30 May 1792 and arrived 7 October 1792 to NSW per 'Royal Admiral'. He was born about 1771 Surrey England as he was aged 21 years in 1792. After arrival he became known as James Dunn and married Catherine Barry (c1763-1846) (convict per 'Sugar Cane' 1793). Patrick Dunn died as James Dunn 30 April 1837 at Sackville Reach NSW.
