Biographies

John together with John Brennan (Rolla 1803) & Timothy Hogan (Rolla 1803) & William Johnson (Rolla 1803) & George Harri bt on (Glatton 1803) & Samuel Humes ( Hercules 1802) & Charles Hill (settler) & John Place (Glatton 1803) were considered the leaders of the Castle Hill Rebellion of March 1804 in which more than 200 convicts and others rebelled against Colonial Authority of the day.
