Thomas was tried and convicted at Dublin in 1831 of "steal hat" and sentenced to 7 years transportation

Thomas arrived Sydney aged 20 aboard Captain Cook on 2 April 1832 with his Indent showing previous convictions of 1 & 7 months imprisonment and trade"carpenter baker"

Thomas & Alfred Harross (Harrett, Harrott,Harrop) were tried on 7 Aug 1834 for "highway robbery - watch & money" on person of Samuel Powers on 15 Jun 1834.

Both Thomas & Alfred were convicted and sentenced to death. (Note; more detail of Alfred is not known)

Thomas &Alfred were both hanged in Sydney on 11 Sept 1834.
