Biographies
William was among a small group of "bushrangers"! Along with James Holmes " Henry 1823" and Thomas Wiskin (Guildford 1827) who were convicted "steal from a dwelling and putting residents in fear" at a trial on 8 December 1828.
All three were convicted and sentenced to death.

Convicted of "bushranging" on 8 December 1828 , William was hanged along with Thomas & James on 22 December 1828 in Sydney NSW.
