Biographies
In what is referred to as Bathurst convict rebellion a group of convicts led by Ralph Entwistle took to bush ranging and terrorising locals. They became known as "Ribbon Boys" (said to be by streamers in their hats) till their activies led to the murder of James Greenwood "Eliza 1822" a convict overseer at a local property on 23 September 1830in addition to Dominic other member of the gang were; Ralph Entwistle (John 1827), William Gahan (Eliza 1829), Michael Kearney ( Governor Ready 1829), Patrick Gleson (Larkins 1839), Robert Webster (Grenada 1821), James driver (Lord Melville 1829), John Kenny (Governor Ready 1829), Thomas Dunne (Sophia 1829) and John Shephard (Norfolk 1829).
Authorities responded quickly soon locating the group and bringing hem to justice. Ten men were convicted at Bathurst Supreme Court on 30 October 1830 and sentenced to death.
Dominic along with nine others were hanged at Bathurst on 3 November 1830.

Dominick arrived Sydney aged 31 aboard Ferguson on 26 March 1829 with his Indent showing alias"Daly,Duley" him married with four children and trade "ploughman"

Dominick was hanged on 3 November 1830 at Bathurst for bush ranging (steal from a dwelling place and putting occupants in fear) .
