| James Turner was convicted of stealing a piece of silk in the Surrey Quarter Session aged 19 years of age, and was a seaman.  James Turner married Elizabeth Ealding 29/08/1855. Both died in Warialda. Submitted by Researcher (2883) on 16 April 2017
