| Thomas and Thomas Allen (Marquis Hastings 1827) partnered in murder, for which they were executed.

Note!!!  Thomas wrote a letter prior to his execution, which was found later, protesting about conditions prisoners were forced to endure at Moreton Bay Gaol ( and which it has been suggested resulted in some changes).

| Thomas was convicted at Lancaster quarter Sessions on 18 April 1825 and sentenced to life transportation, he arrived Sydney aboard Marquis Hastings on 3 January 1826. Submitted by Researcher (Brian & Toni ) on 21 July 2014
