Biographies
Benjamin partnered John Burrell (Norfolk 1825) and Thomas Sharpe (unidentified ) and Joseph Savage (unidentified) in house robbery of Samuel Adair and putting residents in fear on 22 November 1829.

Benjamin was born about 1802 Essex and was convicted at Essex Assizes on 2August 1824 of "burglary" and sentenced to life transportation.

Benjamin arrived Sydney aged 23 aboard Norfolk on 18 August 1825 with trade showing "ploughman".
(Note! Believe related to John Burrell same ship).
Benjamin was assigned J Reid on 14 Oct 1825.

Benjamin, John Burrell, Thomas Sharpe & Joseph Savage were convicted on 20 April 1830 at Supreme Court of house robbery and all sentenced to death
