Henry was born 22 April 1808 Lambeth London & christened 18 May 1808 St Mary the Less Church Lambeth Surrey, the eldest of five children of Cornelius & Catherine Wheeler & half brother to seven others

Henry was tried & convicted at Guildford Assizes Surrey on 1 August 1828 of house breaking and sentenced to life transportation

Henry's death has not been identified but believed to be about 1849 Molong area of NSW, his widow Isabella remarried George Margerrison (Isabella 1832) November 1849 in Molong NSW
