Biographies

John Foley married Sarah Bryant 30.11.1830 St Johns Parramatta she was a convict on the Princess Royal (2) 1828. he died 29.1.1880 Grenville
They both were under Samuel Marsden Arrived Arrived Port Jackson 9th May 1829
Sent to Morton Bay in 1831 28th March 1836 from
Parramatta 5 years P. S. 9th May 1837.on Bond
Certificate of freedom 12th May 1828 States that John was given another three years for “assault” at Penrith Court and he was to work on the Road Gang at Emu Plains for half his sentence. 22 March 1826. Sent to Morton Bay.
John and Sarah had three children that I can find Charles B 1832 Sydney John B 1833 Sydney and Mary Ann Foley B 1834 maybe Bathurst No BDM she married John Skelly a Convict 'Lady McNaughton’ 23 June 1835.
M 31.1.1859 Gunning no Proof of this marriage only what is on Ancestry.
