Henry was 18yrs old when found guilty. This was his 2nd conviction. The previous one he served 7yrs in Chatham. Trade: Shoemaker 2yrs & Tailor 3yrs. Native place: London

Henry & Jane's 1st child was born 27 March 1843. Named as William on the Baptism records - he was called John (who became my grt grandfather).

Henry changed his surname to WEEKES. From then on all members of the family were known by the name WEEKES. James, the 10th child was born 1864

Henry, Jane & family lived at Campbells River in the Bathurst area. John is listed as a farmer on birth details of his children. Wife Jane died 21 May 1875 & was buried at Rockley.

I have not found a record of death for Henry Wicks or Weekes.
Henry was the informant for his son George's death 27 Dec 1884.

Henry was living at Broken Shaft Ck, near Orange NSW when informant for son George's death from typhoid fever. Ref: NSW BD&M's
