Isaac was tried and convicted at Bedford Assizes on 16 July 1807 of "house breaking" and sentenced to life transportation

Isaac together with Guiseppe La Rosa and James Cobb were convicted on 22 March 1814 of bush ranging and sentenced to death.

Isaac's sentence was commuted to life as was James Cobb while Guiseppe La Rosa was hanged on 10 April 1814.
