 The Humble Memorial of Everett Smith
 
 Respectfully Sheweth
 
 That your Mem[oriali]st was convicted at Hertford
 and arrived here by Ship Royal Admiral 2nd time
 Wilson Master 1800 under Transportation for Life.
 
 Your Memst begs leave to represent to
 Your Excellency that he has been in the Colony
 19 Years, and has been favoured since Feby 1811
 with a Ticket of Leave, that he has employed himself
 in the Service of Mr Abraham Payne Settler at
 Kissing Point for these five Years Past.
 
 Your Memst supplicates Your Excellency
 to grant him an Emancipation, or such other
 Indulgence as Your Excellency is pleased to extend.
 
 And you Memst will ever Pray.
