DEATH: 21 Jun 1861 • Malmsbury, Victoria, Australia.
FATHER: William BOOTH (1765-?), not confirmed.
MOTHER: Hannah Booth nee? (1765-?) also not confirmed.
SIBLING/S: Edmund Booth, also charged but acquitted at same time as brother William.
TRIAL & CONVICTION: Kent Quarter Sessions, Kent, England. CHARGED; 15 Apr 1822, CONVICTED; 16 Apr 1822. Charged, along with brother Edmund, of Theft (Theft of saddlery). Sentence: 7 years/Deportment, Per "Henry". *Edmund was Acquitted.
WIFE: Eleanor/Ellen Booth nee WILSON (1804-1871)*Also on claim a convict site.
MARRIED: 23 Aug 1834, St. John's Church, Parramatta, New South Wales, Australia.
